Pear-shaped vial, unknown Eastern workshop. The body is a slightly elongated sphere with a flattened bottom. The neck is long, exceeding the height of the body, cylindrical, ending with an outwardly curled horizontal rim. The surface on both sides of the junction between body and neck is decorated with a thin, grooved spiral line. 1st–2nd century, Roman Empire 27 BC–476. Vessel. Height 17.5 cm; width 8.5 cm., A large round metallic object fills the frame, showing a weathered, pitted surface with areas of worn paint and patchy corrosion. The visible colors include silvery gray, dull silver, pale blue-gray, muted greenish-gray, and patches of brownish rust and tan. The surface has a mottled texture with areas of smooth sheen, flaky discoloration, and irregular darker spots, creating a marbled, uneven appearance across the circular form.
