On the reverse — a stylized floral-geometric ornament. 18th century, Russia. Height 5.8 cm, width 5.2 cm., A small rectangular ornate box in a metallic gold color is centered against a plain light gray background; the box surface has an embossed decorative pattern with floral and curving motifs framed by a textured border, and the edges of the box show slightly darker golden tones and minor wear.
