Bottle, unknown Aswan workshop; baggy-shaped bottle without a preserved spout. The neck widens toward the top with a circumferential bulge and another at its base. Sloping shoulders; belly is baggy, flowing into the base on a low foot. Pink kaolin ceramic mass Gempeler IA. Partially smoothed turning marks visible on the surface. Outer walls covered with polished red engobe. 2nd half 5th–1st half 6th century. Find location: Edfu. Vessel bottle. Height 20.6 cm; neck diameter 3.4 cm; body diameter 11.3 cm; bottom diameter 7.7 cm., A round clay vessel viewed from above showing a circular opening and an inner cavity, with a smooth rounded rim and visible concentric surface texture; the vessel is reddish-brown and terracotta in color with slightly lighter inner areas, and it sits against a flat, muted gray background.
