She wears a long, finely pleated, sleeveless chiton. Hair tied in a bun with a wide headband kredemnos. Earring visible in left ear. Entire figurine rests on a rectangular base. Preservation: missing the right arm; glued in several places head, left arm from 2 fragments, robe, base from 3 fragments; part of the base filled with clay and plaster. Date: 4th–3rd century BC. Origin: Tanagra Greece. Material: terracotta. Type: figurine. Dimensions: height 13 cm, width 9 cm, depth 4.5 cm. Maker: unknown., A grayscale photograph of a sculpted figure of a seated woman on a rectangular base, shown from a slightly elevated frontal angle; the figure wears a draped garment with visible folds and appears to be adjusting or holding the drapery near a bent knee, with one arm extended downward and the other arm resting near the torso; the head is tilted and framed by textured hair gathered at the back; the sculpture shows surface cracks and worn areas; the background is a smooth, featureless surface.
