Ushabti, Mummy-shaped figurine, standing on a base, back supported by a pillar/pilaster. Arms crossed on the chest, right folded over the left. Carved hoes in both hands. On the back is a bag, slung over the left shoulder on a single string. On the head is a three-part, smooth wig, merging into a pilaster at the back. Long, straight beard, tapering downwards. Carelessly crafted facial features, bulging eyes, mouth in a slight smile. Mummy-shaped figurines, grave goods, wigs, hoes. 332–30 BC; Late Period–Ptolemaic period 27th–30th dynasty, Egypt. Shabti, height 9.5 cm., A small upright figurine in bright turquoise-blue with areas of lighter and darker blue and small spots of beige and brown, depicting a wrapped standing figure with a rounded head and simplified facial features, arms crossed on the chest, a few small pits and surface irregularities, and a rectangular base with a small worn label attached.
