Bottle-type idol base, unknown Luristan workshop. A bottle-shaped base with a long, narrow neck terminating in an upturned, slightly convex spout. Halfway up, a convex cylinder with an engraved zigzag line encircles the neck. Engraved decoration of horizontal bands of line motifs—diagonal crosses, chevrons, hatched triangles—appears on the central part of the neck and at the lower edge of the base. The base is open no bottom and hollow inside, with a sleeve-shaped hole through the neck to allow mounting of a pin with an idol figurine. Geometric ornaments; bottle base. Iron Age II, 8th–7th century BC. Luristan, Iran. Height 7.5 cm; width 2.8 cm., A tall, narrow object with a textured surface in shades of brown and bronze, featuring a flared top with a central hollow, a slender neck with a raised ring around it, and a broader rounded base that shows surface irregularities and roughness against a plain gray background.
