Bottle-type idol base, unknown Luristan workshop. A bottle-shaped base with a long, narrow neck terminating in an upturned, slightly convex spout. Halfway up, a convex cylinder with an engraved zigzag line encircles the neck. Engraved decoration of horizontal bands of line motifs—diagonal crosses, chevrons, hatched triangles—appears on the central part of the neck and at the lower edge of the base. The base has no bottom and is hollow inside; a sleeve-shaped hole passes through the neck to allow mounting of a pin with an idol figurine. Iron Age II, 8th–7th century BC. Luristan, Iran. Base; height 7.5 cm, width 2.8 cm., A single metallic object with a textured surface stands against a plain gray background, showing a warm bronze color with areas of darker and lighter bronze tones; the object has a rounded, flattened top connected to a narrow neck with a banded ridge, widening into a bell-shaped body that tapers to a flat base, and the surface exhibits a few irregular pits and a large jagged hole revealing a deep black void inside.
