Amulet — red crown made of green-glazed faience with a hole in the field between the protruding parts of the crown; amulet of power, crown symbol; 664–525 BC, Late Period, 26th Dynasty, Egypt; height 4 cm, width 2.3 cm., A turquoise and greenish-blue carved object with a weathered, slightly rough surface, shaped with a curved upper section that has a rounded corner and a circular hole near the center, a vertical ribbed lower section with fluted grooves, and a small pointed extension at the bottom; the object shows patches of lighter and darker turquoise, areas of pale green and beige wear, and subtle brownish spots, all set against a neutral pale gray background.
