Amulet - ox leg khopesh, offerings, amulets - body parts, animals, grave goods, ca. 1550–1295 BC; New Kingdom, 18th Dynasty, Egypt, amulet, height 4.1 cm, width 1.4 cm, A roughly elongated, irregular object with a wavy, folded shape occupying the frame, showing a textured surface with visible pitting and creases; the predominant colors are turquoise and aqua with areas of greenish patina and patches of brown discoloration, plus a few pale off-white fibrous threads caught on the surface; the background is a uniform light gray.
