Amulet - Uraeus;, Uraeus, snakes, pendant; 664–525 BC; Late Period, 26th Dynasty, Egypt; amulet; height 3.8 cm, width 2.8 cm, A small carved object shaped like a stylized animal figure with a curved body and an open loop in its midsection, shown against a plain light gray background; the object is predominantly turquoise with areas of darker greenish-blue speckling and small patches of brown discoloration and wear, with a rounded head, a raised eye area, a small perforation near the top, and a flat rectangular base supporting the form.
