Figurine of a goddess, Neith mythology, female figurine, Egyptian deity. Standing woman in a narrow dress with straps; dress decorated with a mesh motif with rhombus dots; straps decorated with vertical and horizontal stripes. A necklace is worn. Head, feet, and left hand missing; right hand hangs alongside the body. c. 945–c. 715 BC; Third Intermediate Period, 22nd Dynasty, Egypt. Terracotta, figurine, height 11.3 cm, width 3 cm, weight 0.19 kg., A slender, elongated figure-shaped object with a dark brown to black surface, showing metallic gold decorative lines and dots in a repeating geometric pattern across the body; the upper portion includes a rectangular band of gold linear motifs near the shoulders, and the right side has a long arm-like extension with reddish-brown and greenish corrosion tones; the surface shows areas of rough texture and patina with hints of reddish and green colors against a neutral gray background.
