Wooden bench from a set of doll furniture. Wooden bench with a box closed by a flap forming the seat; painted decoration with schematic animal silhouettes — a tabby cat on the backrest and chickens on the sides and front wall of the box. Toy, height 11.5 cm, width 17.0 cm, depth 8.0 cm. Made 1947–1948, Zakopane. Makers: State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Zakopane; Office of Production Aesthetics Supervision Warsaw co-creator; Antoni Kenar 1906–1959, sculptor., A small wooden box shaped like a bench with a backrest, decorated with hand-drawn animal figures. The backrest shows a reclining striped cat drawn in dark lines, and the front and side panels feature a group of bird-like figures drawn in a reddish color with patterned bodies and stylized legs and beaks. The wood has a light tan to beige tone, with visible grain and slightly darker edges. Colors visible include tan, beige, black, and red.
