Identification of the portrayed subject according to an old inventory card. Dated 1750, Poland. Height 6.8 cm, width 5.6 cm., An oval pendant with a gold-colored frame and loop enclosing a painted portrait of a woman with pale skin and brown curly hair tied back with a blue ribbon, wearing a blue garment with a pale neckline; the background inside the frame is a muted gray-brown and the overall visible colors include gold, blue, brown, pale flesh tones, and gray.
