Half-figure, seated, three-quarters to the left, face en face. Dark hair; white transparent tulle bonnet topped with a richly crimped double ruffle, tied under the chin with a blue ribbon; black velvet ferroniere on the forehead. Blue dress with a neckline revealing the shoulders, gold cord at the waist. Background: brown sofa backrest, gray ground. Embossed leather case with gold palmette ornament and gilded edges. Inscription at right in black ink: Seweryna née Potocka 1st votive Sobanska, 2nd votive Hr.-na Colloredo. Miniature height 17.6 cm, width 11.8 cm., A framed portrait of a seated woman wearing a pale blue off-the-shoulder dress with puffed sleeves and a thin braided belt, a delicate lace bonnet with ruffled trim framing her face, brown hair styled in soft curls, fair skin with a subtle blush, and neutral-colored background; the frame is dark with gold trim.
