Portrait to the waist, right of a young woman, painted 1835 in the Biedermeier style; miniature, 15.9 × 12.2 cm. Artists: Joseph Karl Stieler 1781–1858 and Stanislaw Marszalkiewicz 1789–1872 according to the opinion of A. Chamiec. Subject details: ruler king's daughter, prince's wife, romantic dress with puffed leg-of-mutton sleeves, rose bouquet at the bodice, shinion headgear. Repossession provenance., A framed oval portrait of a woman set against a dark rectangular background with a small metal hanging loop at the top; the woman has fair skin and brown hair styled in elaborate curls and loops, a few ringlets framing her face, and she wears a white off-the-shoulder gown with puffed sleeves and a fitted bodice featuring a light-colored belt with a decorative buckle; a pink rose with green leaves is pinned at her chest and a soft green drapery hangs behind her, with subtle pale blue and cream tones around the edges; the frame has a gold inner rim and the outer background is black with hints of gray.
