Urszula, Countess Michalowa Wandalin-Mniszchowa, née Zamoyska 1750–1808, unknown artist. Aristocracy, female portrait, three-quarter view. Bust almost straight, head slightly to the right. Powdered blonde hair combed up, falling in curls over her shoulders; navy blue bonnet with a brown fur rim trimmed with a diamond egret. Deep neckline, chemise with transparent lace. Navy blue dress trimmed with brown fur and braided details. Possibly Polish costume. Background gray. Miniature, ca. 1780; height 4.9 cm, width 3.8 cm. Frame: secondary from the first quarter of the 19th century, gilded bronze with a strip of sapphire enamel, double glazed., An oval object with a metallic gold frame surrounding a deep navy blue central area, the frame showing a worn, scratched texture and a rounded gold loop at the top, set against a flat gray background.
