Shown in half-length, turned slightly to the right, head toward the viewer; wearing a small powdered wig with curls over the ears, a navy-blue general's uniform with a crimson collar, silver epaulettes, white vest, jabot and cravat, with the ribbon and star of the Order of St. Stanislaus awarded 1778. Subjects: generals, Freemasons; portraits of men; military uniforms; portraits in oval oval in rectangle., A framed oil portrait of a middle-aged person shown from the chest up wearing a dark coat with metallic shoulder epaulettes and decorative trim, a red sash across the torso, and a light-colored cravat tied at the neck; the face has a calm expression with light skin tones and powdered gray hair, and the background is a dark, muted brown. The frame is wooden with reddish-brown and gold accents. Colors visible include dark brown, reddish-brown, gold, red, black, gray, light beige, and muted greenish-brown.
