Spoon, Korzec Porcelain and Faience Manufactory; 1790–1832. Possibly by Korzec forgery. Cutlery; oval spoon scoop set in a plastic palmette and a profiled upper part of the handle made of white metal; slightly curved porcelain handle with colorful painted flower bouquets and insects on both sides. Circa 1830. Poland possibly Korzec. Height 24.5 cm., A single spoon-like implement is visible lying horizontally against a gray background, with a rounded metallic bowl on the left that shows a worn, reflective surface in shades of gold and brass with darker tarnished areas, and a carved decorative metal collar leading to a fluted, irregularly shaped metal shaft with a slightly aged patina; the handle on the right is curved and made of glossy white ceramic decorated with a colorful floral motif in shades of purple, green, red, pink, blue, orange, and yellow, and the ceramic meets the metal with a narrow metal ferrule showing similar gold and brass tones.
