Platter with Reliefzierat decoration and flowers, Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur KPM, Berlin; maker associated with Frederick II the Great King of Prussia, 1712–1786. Reliefzierat, rocaille ornament; round platter: around the collar, slightly extending into the mirror, a relief of six triangular flamed rocailles with a celadon centre, separating three fields with a trellis of gilded stamens with an interwoven green branch with small flowers Reliefzierat, alternating with three fields with colourful floral decoration and garlands; center of the mirror with a loose floral arrangement, near the rocailles a few small flower sprigs. Half-rolled border with gilding. Ca. 1770–1780, Berlin, Germany. Platter; height 5 cm, depth 34 cm., A round ceramic plate with a scalloped rim displayed on a clear stand against a gray background, the plate having a white base with a central painted bouquet featuring pink, red, and purple flowers with green leaves and small blue accents, the rim decorated with turquoise-green cartouches and gilded ribbed sections, additional small floral garlands in pink, purple, red, and blue along the border, and gold ornamental scrollwork and edging.
