On the front is a depiction of an obese musician playing a double bass, shown in vigorous movement; the musician wears a yellow jacket, purple pantaloons, and a lilac hat with a yellow brim. Floral sprigs on the sides. Tin cover engraved CGH/1811. Late 18th century. Silesia Province of Silesia, 1742–1918. Vessel. Height 24.0 cm; width 15.0 cm; depth 9.5 cm., A ceramic stein with a white body and a curved handle, topped with a metal hinged lid and finial and with a metal base, showing a small painted blue flower with green leaves on its side and part of a colorful figurative decoration at the edge; visible colors include white, gray, blue, green, yellow, pink, black, and metallic gray.
