From the front, a depiction of a barefoot woman sitting under a tree, her blouse unbuttoned, revealing her breasts. The woman, head turned to the right, supports with her right hand a small child, dressed in a short T-shirt, running towards her from the left. It can be interpreted as an allegorical representation of Maternitas motherhood. The representation is painted with some freedom. Late 18th century, Province of Silesia 1742–1918, Silesia, Prószków Slaski; vessel. Height 24.0 cm, width 15.0 cm, depth 10.5 cm., A ceramic tankard with a pewter lid and base, showing a smooth off-white body with hand-painted floral motifs in green, pink, and red and a partial painted scene with green foliage on one side, a curved handle with pewter mount and hinge, and a round pewter finial on the lid; colors visible include off-white, green, pink, red, silver-gray, and touches of brown.
