In the central mirror: a bouquet with a raspberry rose, blue bellflowers and brick-red daisies . On the collar: three floral sprays, including yellow roses; leaf projections. At the bottom: a black overglaze mark SAR./K., dated 1774–1814, Meissen, Saxony, Germany. Makers/attribution: Stanislaw August Poniatowski King of Poland; 1732–1798 noted in association with the piece. Function: vessel plate., A white ceramic plate with a scalloped rim and a narrow brown edge, decorated with a painted floral bouquet at the center featuring a large purple-pink rose, a yellow bloom, red-orange flowers, green leaves, and small gray and purple accents, with several smaller floral motifs around the rim including purple-pink, gray-blue, and yellow flowers; the plate shows a visible crack and some surface discoloration against a solid gray background.
