Deep round platter with a relief of swans, a crane and a heron among reeds; shell relief around the collar; marital coat of arms; polychrome Indian flowers and gilding. 1738–1739. Meissen, Saxony. Porcelain vessel; height 6.5 cm, diameter 29.5 cm., A large white scalloped ceramic plate with a raised relief scene of swans and reeds in the center, surrounded by radiating ridges and a fluted rim, decorated with small painted flowers in red, yellow, purple, blue, green, and orange around the edge, with touches of gold along the rim and a colorful painted crest near the top; the plate rests on a clear plastic stand against a dark gray background.
