Gingerbread mold with plant ornaments and floral decorations, zoomorphic/folk motifs. Materials: gingerbread form. Date: 18th–19th century. Region: Silesia Province of Silesia, 1742–1918. Dimensions: height 19.2 cm, width 13.2 cm, depth 3.7 cm., A rectangular wooden block sits on a smooth light-gray surface against a pale-gray background, showing a carved recessed image of an animal with a textured body and a curled tail; the block is brown with darker brown carved areas and subtle variations in wood grain, and there is a soft shadow beneath and to one side.
