Double-sided gingerbread form. Obverse: figure of an angel with the alphabet. Reverse: various floral ornaments. Double-sided rectangular form; on one side a male figure probably an angel standing, in a costume richly decorated with plant ornament, girded with two sashes, holding a decorative board inscribed with the alphabet; above the figure's head a halo; background shows feather and flame motif possible angel wings. The other side: rectangular field filled with floral and plant decoration, including the head of a baby. At the top a signature: initials G and R mark of the woodcarver or gingerbread maker. 18th–19th century, Province of Silesia 1742–1918. Material: form. Height 32.3 cm; width 13 cm; depth 2 cm., A vertical dark brown wooden stick with visible cracks and carved notches is centered against a uniform light gray background, showing worn edges and a slightly rounded top with a small chip and a few lighter brown areas where the surface is worn.
