Double-sided gingerbread form. Obverse: four representations—two richly decorated oriental pipes and two long shoes decorated with a floral ornament. Reverse: six different motifs including a human figure sitting on a bucket, a butterfly, a trumpet, a pistol, a violin and a French horn; overall multi-threaded decoration. Applied art; folk motifs. Material: gingerbread biscuit form. Style/region: Silesia, 18th–19th century. Dimensions: height 25 cm, width 11.2 cm, depth 2.2 cm., A long narrow rectangular wooden plank suspended vertically against a smooth neutral background, showing a weathered surface with visible grain and slight discoloration in tones of brown and tan, with a few darker brown knots and worn edges; the background appears as a uniform gray.
