Double-sided rectangular mould; on one side sixteen small images depicting various human figures, male and female, arranged in four equal rows, shown from the front and from the back. The other side: twelve elements including two male figures on a rooster, another in peasant costume, presented in two views front and back; four different elements of clothing; two pipes decorated with tassels; and two birds sitting on a flower-filled crater; a column decorated with a flower garland with two birds on top. Figurative motifs, male figures, female figures, birds, zoomorphic motifs, floral decorations, figurative scenes, historical costumes, folk motifs; applied art; gingerbread mould; 18th–19th century; Province of Silesia 1742–1918. Form: rectangular; height 29.8 cm, width 13.8 cm, depth 3.8 cm., A rectangular wooden panel in brown shows a grid of carved human-shaped silhouettes arranged in rows, each recessed into the surface with raised bases; the carved figures depict a variety of standing poses and garments with visible drapery, skirts, hats, wreaths, and handheld objects, and a few figures appear to wear head coverings or carry bundles; the wood shows natural grain and slightly darker carved recesses, with small areas of lighter wear along edges; the background surrounding the panel is a neutral light gray.
