Form dimensions: height 50 cm, width 18 cm, depth 4.2 cm., A single vertical rectangular wooden plank with a warm brown surface showing a vertical crack and a pattern of small round holes scattered across it, set against a smooth pale gray background, with areas of darker brown along the edges and subtle lighter brown scuff marks on the surface.
