Women's ankle boots made of graphite full-grain leather with red leather uppers tied on the outside and inside with a red ribbon. Thin, symmetrical leather soles with bevelled toes and no heels. Canvas lining, white leather endpapers. On the endpaper there is an oval company label: Berlin / 23 Jäger str / Fabrique de chassures / pour les Dames / Berlin / 23 Jäger str / Damen / Schuh-fabrik von / CP Schröder. The upper part is machine-sewn; the lining is hand-sewn. Circa 1850, Berlin. Footwear; clothing. Dimensions: height 10 cm, width 5.5 cm, length 25.5 cm., A pair of pointed shoes photographed from the side resting on a pale gray background, showing uppers made of a deep red material with torn red fabric ties and lower sections made of a dark glossy material that appears black with a hint of brown; the shoes show creases and worn texture, with visible seams and slightly raised soles, and the image includes colors red, black, brown, and gray.
