From the semicircular serrations upwards: a floral ornament repeating with a twig motif in triangular divisions. Above this, a small twig in a regular projection. Dimensions: width 42 cm, length 430 cm., A long piece of delicate lace fabric laid flat against a gray background, primarily cream or off-white in color, with a scalloped lower edge and a straight upper edge that shows some fraying; the lace has a repeating pattern of small floral motifs across the field and larger, more intricate floral sprays rising from the scalloped border, with visible tiny holes and a few small darker discolorations in the fabric; the background behind the lace is a smooth mid-gray.
