The central part is a continuous belt with a geometric ornament; among the motifs is a circle containing an hourglass. The side belts of similar width are permanently connected. The entire belt is trimmed with fringe. 17th/18th century, Poland; lace; height 270 cm, width 25 cm., A long woven textile with fringed ends displayed horizontally, showing a dense group of long loose fringe on the left and shorter fringe along the top and bottom edges; the central band features a delicate mesh-like pattern with a narrower decorative strip of repeating geometric openwork motifs; visible colors include shades of beige, tan, and gray across the fabric and fringe.
