Double-sided gingerbread mould. Obverse: rectangular floral and geometric ornament — a rectangular decorative motif containing a rosette and stylised plants. Reverse: figure of the Archangel Michael in a long patterned robe decorated with a plant twig motif, holding scales in his right hand and a sword in his left; at the feet of the figure a geometric-plant ornament. Date engraved on the edge: 1806, with the letter S against the background of an anchor mark of the woodcarver or gingerbread maker — owner of the mould., woodcarver or gingerbread maker. Height 11.6 cm, width 30.5 cm, depth 3 cm., A single narrow vertical object with a worn, rectangular shape and rounded edges sits against a plain gray background; the object appears dark brown with lighter brown variations and some small pale spots, showing surface scratches and subtle cracks along its length, and one end tapers slightly into a beveled tip while the opposite end is more uniformly rounded.
