Subject and description: one side shows a male figure in a high hat with a cane, wearing an outfit from the first half of the 19th century—frock coat, coat and checked trousers—with a dog at his feet standing on its hind legs; the other side shows a female figure wearing a decorative bonnet and a long patterned dress trimmed with numerous ruffles and ribbons, holding a fan and a handbag in her right hand and a bunch of feathers, in her left. Under the legs of both figures is plant decoration. Carved initials on the edge: ACL a. P, likely the maker's initials. Dimensions: height 84.5 cm, width 32 cm, depth 4 cm. Region: Silesia Province of Silesia, 19th century., A single vertical rectangular wooden object with rounded corners suspended against a smooth light gray background, showing a dark brown weathered surface with visible grain, scratches, and worn edges, and subtle variations of lighter brown and faint grayish tones.
