Reverse: five images of infants in patterned swaddling clothes. Materials/function: gingerbread mould, decorative art. Creator and exact origin unknown., A single narrow rectangular object with a rough, textured surface floats near the center of the image against a smooth, pale gray background; the object appears dark brown with subtle variations in tone and small speckles, and the background shows gradients of light gray and cool blue-gray hues.
