Side B: three figures — a bachelor in early 19th-century costume hat, justokor, artificial trousers, high boots, a baby in swaddling clothes decorated with a plant twig, and a fish with an elongated, scaled body. Rectangular wooden mould with the date 1806 engraved on the edge; the date includes the letter S over an anchor manufacturer or gingerbread maker's mark. Gingerbread mould; folk art/folk customs; zoomorphic and figurative motifs; Striding Bull iconography. Dated 1806. Province of Silesia Prussia; 1742–1918. Form. Dimensions: height 19.5 cm, width 10.5 cm, depth 4.3 cm., woodcarver or gingerbread maker., A long vertical wooden plank with a smooth, worn surface in brown tones against a plain light gray background; the plank shows a few carved grooves and shallow round holes along its center, areas of darker and lighter brown from wear, and some subtle scratches and dents.
