Laced at the front, without a separate bodice, with a wrap-around bodice. Large, round neckline. Narrow, elbow-length set-in sleeves. Outer skirt made of 7 panels, sewn to the bodice, richly gathered at the back, slit at the front. Underskirt smooth at the front and gathered at the sides, made of 6 panels, with the silk fabric replaced with canvas at the top, front, and back. Sides very roomy, gathered separately and tied with ribbons. Fabric report: height 36.5 cm, width 23.5 cm; fabric report: width 48 cm. Date: 1780–1785. Place of origin: Poland. Garment length: 147 cm., A side view of a mannequin wearing an elaborate historical dress and a large ornate wig; the wig is voluminous with sculpted curl shapes and is white, the mannequin is pale with subtle pink tones on the face, and the dress is a muted taupe or beige silk with a slight sheen and a pattern of small floral motifs in gold and pale green; the bodice has elbow-length sleeves with white ruffled cuffs, the skirt is full and floor-length with soft folds, and the mannequin’s exposed hand is white; the background is a smooth neutral gray.
