Trousers, short knee-length trousers sewn into a wide belt with a buttoned fly, made of silver lamé with a net ornament featuring a pattern of small flowers. Slit pockets on the sides of the fastener, fastened with a button on the side. The belt is slit at the back and adjustable with a flap. The legs are fastened with four buttons at the bottom and finished with narrow cuffs. Men's clothing, men's fashion. 1750–1775, Silesia. Length 76 cm., A single textile garment laid flat, showing a patterned fabric in muted beige with repeating floral-like motifs in soft green and faded pink, overlaid on a darker grayish lace-like network; the piece has a narrow tab at one end and a rounded tab at the opposite end, a flap with a round button near one edge, a slotted opening near the other edge, and a row of fabric-covered round buttons along one side; parts of the fabric show wear with frayed edges and small areas where the underlying lighter material and threads are visible, and faint irregular discolorations appear against a plain pale gray background.
