Stole made of silk fabric with olive-colored stripes. Embroidered with a pattern of leaves on the wider stripe, narrower stripes with cherry-colored dot motifs. Pallettes trimmed with braid. Essence-armed crosses sewn from the same braid in the center of the pallettes and the stripe of the stole. Linen lining. 2nd half of the 18th century, Poland. Liturgical vestment; length 180 cm, width 17 cm., A long, narrow decorative textile laid flat in an overlapping arrangement, showing a pair of tapering ends with flared triangular tips and a central section with a repeating leaf-like pattern; the fabric displays colors including gold, olive green, pink, and a muted beige, with metallic trim at the flared ends and subtle woven stripes along the length.
