Velum; unknown creator; church parament; revindication provenance; flowers and plant ornaments; sacred art; churches and chapels furnishings; 18th century, Italy; liturgical parament; height 46 cm, width 51 cm, A rectangular piece of fabric laid flat with visible wrinkles and seams, primarily beige to light tan in color with areas of slightly darker staining and small dark spots; a rounded patch of similar but slightly shinier beige fabric is sewn near the lower left area, and there are a few small darker marks and tiny holes scattered across the surface; the edges show stitched hems and faint discoloration, and a small group of paper tags is attached near the lower right edge but their text is ignored.
