Woven fabric; height 290 cm, width 437 cm., A woven scene shows a wooded landscape with a group of trees in the foreground and midground, their foliage in shades of green and pale yellow, and trunks in brown tones; a river or stream of pale blue weaves through the scene with a small bridge visible in the distance; the foreground includes a few large leafy plants in green and muted blue-green and a bird with outstretched wings perched on a stump rendered in brown, white, and gray; another bird appears perched higher in a tree with similar muted colors; a cluster of buildings with reddish roofs sits beyond the trees against a pale blue-gray sky; the whole scene is framed by an ornate floral border in cream, beige, green, and gold tones.
