Sofa, Office of the Council of Ministers provenance, Ludwik Filip style, mahogany. SOFA, carved, upholstered seat, backrest, inner and outer sides with armrests, on four low, cabriole legs. The frame has a wavy line, emphasized by a half-cylinder. The backrest is rounded on the sides, slightly curved in the line of the back and tilted outwards. The armrest supports are S-shaped. The whole is upholstered in crimson plush. 1850–1870, Warsaw. Piece of furniture, seating piece. Height 111 cm, width 216 cm, depth 65 cm., A vintage-style sofa upholstered in a light green fabric with a subtle repeating pattern is shown against a neutral gray background, featuring a carved wooden frame in a rich brown finish that outlines the curved backrest, arms, and base; the seat is a single continuous cushion and the arms are rolled with the wood visible at the front, and the sofa stands on sculpted wooden legs.
