Table, classicism and Art Nouveau/Neoclassical styles, early 20th century, Central Europe, possibly Poland. Oval carved and gilded table with marble top, supported by four straight, angular tapering fluted legs joined with an X joint. Legs have inverted pear-shaped feet, arched at the top, ending in a cube decorated with a rosette; cubes are joined where the joints are set. Frame repeats the outline of the top, enclosed on both sides with a petal and at the bottom with a spiral ribbon motif. Stone tabletop slab enclosed in a wooden profiled frame decorated with a lesbian cymatium. Furniture table. Dimensions: height 77 cm, width 87.7 cm, depth 66 cm., An oval table with a brown mottled top set on a gilded frame; the frame and legs are gold colored with carved decorative details, fluted vertical legs connected by curved gold stretchers meeting at a round gold medallion, and the table stands on tapered gold feet against a neutral gray background.
