Bedside table, Biedermeier style, mahogany, composed of an elongated platform outline similar to a triangle on three S-shaped legs with rollers, a fluted shaft mounted on it tapering upwards, and a rectangular top. The shaft is mounted on the short side of the platform, housing a prismatic column with a metal rack and a top swivel-mounted on it. The height of the top is adjusted using a crank working with the rack. The top can be tilted by a brass ring with a clamp that fixes its position. Turned wooden crank handle. 1815–1830, Europe. Furniture; table. Height 73.2 cm; width 81.2 cm; depth 41.2 cm., A wooden side table with a rectangular top in rich brown wood finish supported by a turned fluted central column and a horizontal base; the table shows a few metal fittings near the top and small brass casters at the base, and the background is a smooth light gray.
