Unknown provenance., A round decorative medallion with a circular frame painted blue and highlighted with gold wavy patterns; within the open center is a relief scene in brown and gold showing a human figure seated on a mythic creature with a lion-like front and a long curved tail, the rider reaching forward toward the creature's head; the medallion surface shows worn gilding and variations of brown, gold, and blue tones against a neutral gray background.
