Candlestick, enamel, on a hexagonal base tapering towards the top with a shaft; on each side a coat of arms on a blue enamel background eagle and blue lion on horizontal red stripes, between them below the shields on the edges rhombuses with engraved dragons. 19th-century shaft, 14th century, Limoges, Barcelona, lighting, height 32 cm, diameter 11 cm, A metal object viewed from above with a scalloped, star-like rim showing an aged, mottled surface in shades of brown, dark brown, and greenish patina, with hints of dull gold and rust; the interior is recessed and similarly textured, with a central circular boss and a square nut or fastening piece in darker brown and metallic tones; a small rectangular patch of light tan fabric or paper is attached to the inner rim, and a few areas of darker blackish markings appear on one side; the background is a smooth pale gray.
