The metal surface is silver-gray with areas of slight tarnish and darker spots, and the background is a medium gray. The arc contains a series of evenly spaced short engraved lines and small dots, and the inner arc shows a repeated pattern of short vertical marks. The left and right ends of the straight bar have small hooked projections, and there is a small ring-like loop at the center top of the straight edge. The overall appearance is smooth and slightly reflective, with subtle shadows around the piece.
