Jewellery die, Approximately hexagonal die with a relief rectangular reserve enclosed at the ends by two leaves. At the top and bottom of the reserve are floral and plant decorations and scrolls. Probably a jeweller's die for making semi-finished products, 2nd half of the 19th century, Germany. Die; height 3 cm, width 6 cm, depth 3 cm., A small metallic object rests on a smooth reflective surface, showing a faceted base with rough textured sides and a top adorned with an ornate, raised decorative element featuring curved leaf-like and floral motifs; the colors visible include shades of gray, silver, dark metallic tones, and a small area of red along one lower edge, set against a pale gray background.
