Souvenir spoon with an ovoid scoop decorated inside with a relief representation of armament and uniform accessories of the American infantry and cavalry; flat, profiled, widening handle with a heart-shaped tip, edged with twisted wire imitating aglets. Along the handle is the inscription ARMY AND NAVY; above it an enameled United States flag in a cartouche, held in the talons by an eagle with upraised wings, on the wings a sash with the inscription E PLURIBUS UNUM. At the end of the handle, two emblems — the Navy US Navy and the Army US Army — in circular reserves; on the reverse of the handle, accessories of the United States Navy — an anchor with crossed swords, below crossed cannon barrels.
