Engraved on the bottle: JAN / TRUE FRIENDS. Dated 1925/1926, Sheffield, England. Function: alcohol vessel. Dimensions: height 9.9 cm, width 9.6 cm, depth 2.6 cm; weight 110 g. Provenance: purchase; includes dedications., A metallic flask with a rounded, flattened shape shown from an angled top view, featuring a hinged screw cap that is open to reveal the interior; the flask surface is smooth and reflective with patches of duller sheen and small surface marks, and the cap hinge and inner rim show a worn, slightly darker metal tone. The visible colors are silver and a few areas of muted gold or brass on the cap interior and hinge, set against a pale neutral background.
