Openwork basket on a circular foot, four-sided openwork, decorated with a motif of four-leaf rosettes and smooth stylised leaves and ribbons in the corners; irregularly cut edge enclosed in a godron half-cylinder and decorated with acanthus leaves. Materials/ornament: openwork, acanthus leaves, godron ornaments. Date: 1904–1905. Place: London, England, Great Britain. Function: vessel. Dimensions: height 4.5 cm; width 15 cm; depth 15 cm; weight 155 g., A square, ornate metal dish with an open lattice pattern and decorative scrolling edges in silver and gray tones, featuring a central shallow well with some dark speckles and a few small darker marks, rounded corner embellishments with raised bead-like forms and shell-like motifs, and an overall polished yet slightly tarnished appearance against a light gray background.
